Boulder Gardens assisted living has semi private and private rooms available. We offer a full calendar of activities to do. We also offer outings to various locations around town. We provide 24/7 caregivers on site for assistance with medication administration. We also offer 3 meals per day plus snacks included in our daily rate. Boulder Gardens accepts many insurance plans including Arizona Long Term Care System, or ALTCS.
