Carl Zimmerman
Owner/Operator
Carl has been employed in nursing facilities continuously for
nearly 30 years and proudly working for the same company his
entire career.
He is a Certified Nursing Facility Administrator as well as a
Certified Assisted Living Center Administrator. He has degrees
in Institutional Management, Health Care Administration as well
as nutrition and is a licensed Insurance Producer. Much of his
free time is devoted to the Green Valley Rotary Club. He enjoys
contributing to the Rotarians causes. Carl is currently serving
as the facility Administrator for Santa Rita Nursing and
Rehabilitation Center and can be reached at

Leah Jones
Director of Group Financial Services
Leah has spent 35 years in the healthcare industry in
independent living for seniors, assisted living and long term
care. She has been with the company since 1995 and at Santa Rita
Nursing and Rehabilitation since 2005. In her free time, she
enjoys riding motorcycles, traveling and reading. Leah is the

Linda Palmer RN, RAC-CT
NHA Corporate Clinical Director
Linda palmer has been a licensed Nursing home administrator
since 1978. Along her many years in the long term care arena,
she has held several positions. Linda Palmer has not only worked
as a Nursing Home Administrator in her career, but has also held
the title of Assistant Director of Assurance and Licensure
Services at the Arizona Department of Health Services. Linda has
assisted several corporations in developing quality compliance
programs as a Long Term Care Nurse Consultant. She is also the
Corporate Compliance Nurse for Pioneer Health Group. Linda is a
proud mother and grandmother. She enjoys spending quality time
with her family and friends. Linda Palmer inspires those she

Amy Malkin
Group Operations Director
AmAmy Malkin has been in the senior living industry since 1989,
starting her career in a sister facility of Santa Rita that was
located in Glendale, Arizona. She has a strong dietary and
nutrition background, but has learned many other things along
the way. Amy is married and has 3 children, two that attend
Walden Grove High School and one that attends a local day care
in the community. In her free time she enjoys spending time with
her family and friends. Amy is the Group Operations Director and
is based in Green Valley. Amy can be reached at
